Evangelist Kim has always been committed to influencing positive change within the family, church, community, marketplace, and ultimately the world. Often questioning whether the voice she heard was God, in some cases she was disobedient by hesitating to follow His instructions.
In 2020, the entire world came to a complete stop because of something nobody could even see. Churches, schools, restaurants, the government, travel, everything closed; something never seen before in this magnitude. We learned the invisible thing that had invaded the earth had a name; COVID-19. Amid all the chaos and many people dying within families, all was not lost. While praying for direction and spiritual growth the Lord once again spoke. Kim contacted Andrea to inquire about the ZOOM platform, setting it up and questioned the way it worked. She then spoke to her pastor, Sandra Alston to share the vision and instructions God had given. Totally supportive and excited, the pastor said, “go forth my dear, you have my full support.”
A ZOOM account was purchased and Andrea assisted with instructions and gave a tutorial in how to operate the program. God will give you what and who you need when the time is right. We cannot let the unknown prevent us from doing what God has called us to do. He knows the end from the beginning. Through prayer and fasting the Holy Spirit revealed the name; Z.O.O.M International Women’s Ministry. A ministry filled with women from all over the world who would be zealous, open-minded, outstanding, and motivated to do Kingdom work. The very first meeting was held on March 29, 2020 with six women and the ministry was born.
This ministry encourages women to be who they are, take off their mask and embrace every test, trial, life experience as part of the purpose God has for their lives. In less than one year, more than seventy women from all over the U.S. had joined in. The ministry held its first meeting anniversary in March 2021 on ZOOM where more than 70 women joined including some from West Africa and Jamaica. As we approach our 2nd year anniversary, the Holy Spirit gave instruction to have an in-person conference in Atlanta, GA. Again, COVID seemed to rear its ugly head as numbers begin to rise surpassing previous numbers on any given day. Evangelist Kim once again questioned whether she heard the voice of God. He begins to show her in different ways that this was clearly an instruction to go forth.
To date more than 200 women have attended a session on ZOOM as the word has spread significantly. Even though women have joined from Florida, Louisiana, Nebraska, Maryland, Kentucky, as of now, women consistently are involved from Colorado, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Virginia. Kim is believing God for women from every state and around the world.
Women are excited and growing in their relationship with Jesus Christ as they learn more and become honest about themselves. Because God is sovereign and does everything in order according to His word, the ministry launched ZOOM International Men on February 10th and men joined from Colorado, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina. Later in the year, the ministry will launch ZOOM International Youth and Young Adults. He leaves nothing undone!
God is faithful who promised, and we are excited about what He is doing and will do with this ministry. Lives will be changed, and families will be made WHOLE to do the work that He has planned for Kingdom work. Walk in your purpose and fulfill plans God has for your life Psalm 118:17.
